While it’s likely your organization has a strategic plan, do you have one for your Prospect Development team? Whether you are part of a multi-faceted team or are a mighty team of one, this session is designed to provide you with a stepwise approach to strategic planning. We’ll discuss the importance of planning, learn and practice the benefits of brainstorming, and implement tools for prioritization and execution. Bring a pack of 3x3 post-its and leave with templates, examples, and the start of your first, or next, strategic plan.
