Ryan Frank, Director of Prospect Management and Research, NPRRyan Frank is the Director of Prospect Management and Research for NPR. Andillon Hackney, Director of Prospect Management and Research, UC San DiegoPrior to her current role at UC San Diego, Andillon was the Sr. Research Coordinator at CHOC Children’s Hospital and before that the Prospect Researcher for The Los Angeles County Natural History Museum. Andillon is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and holds an MFA from Art Center College of Design. She has served on the CARA Board as Volunteer and Mentor Chair, Treasurer, and President (2009-2015). She was also on the Apra 2014 Curriculum Conference Committee, 2016 Apra Talks Committee, and served as the 2017 Apra Conference Chair. Andillon serves as chair of the New Researchers Symposium and is a faculty member for the live event, taking place July 31. |

Janet Weimar, Senior Prospect Management Analyst, University of Iowa Center for AdvancementJanet has worked in the field of prospect development the last 20 years and has extensive experience in the areas of non-profit data management, prospect research, prospect pool segmentation and analysis, and portfolio management in both higher education and health care fundraising offices. In her current role as a senior member of the prospect development team at The University of Iowa Center for Advancement (UICA), she assists fundraisers in pinpointing and engaging their most promising prospects and donors and provides prospect development expertise in creating analytics for greater business intelligence across the organization. Active in the field, Janet has served in a number of volunteer roles over the years, including conference chair and president for Apra Great Plains, speaker’s chair for the 2009 Apra Midwest Chapter’s Conference, committee member for Apra’s Education and Professional Development Committee, and as a speaker for Apra, AFP, and CASE. In 2012, Janet chaired Apra’s 25th Annual International Conference in Minneapolis, MN. Janet presents the online sessions, “Prospect Research Overview” and “Campaigns," and is a faculty member for the live event, taking place July 31. |
