The ever changing landscape of data privacy regulation, legislation, and donor expectation has elevated the need for advancement teams to assess and amend their relationship management guidelines. How much is too much? What information can you legally keep in your database? What information is it prudent to keep? Who should have access to this information? In this session we will dive into these questions and more. Attendees will leave with a better sense of the data privacy landscape, and with concrete next steps for how to begin evaluating the information they record on their donors.
