You've done it. You've worked hard and been promoted and now you have a team. Now what? Learn the fundamentals of coaching, feedback, performance management. We'll discuss how to onboard, retain, and how to say goodbye when it's time.

Learning Objective #1: New managers will learn how to create a dynamic amazing team and find personal joy in the work. We'll learn how to create a safer place for your team members on this journey.


Learning Objective #2: Attendees will learn how to provide continuous, focused feedback that accomplishes your goals and grows your team as you grow into the role. We'll also provide a space for new managers to ask questions, safely, of their peers.
