Learn about the recent initiatives introduced by our prospect research team to shift our focus from reactive to proactive work in order to build the prospect pipeline as we finish out our current campaign and look ahead to the next.
Initiatives include: periodical review, alerts, and prospect information dissemination; monthly prospect referrals and tracking; specialized prospect identification meetings for principal gifts team and international prospect program; and ranked regional prospect list process.
