We know that cleaning up gift officer’s portfolio is not the same as decluttering your kitchen cabinets, but the Prospect Management team from the University of Michigan will share how they turned the KonMari Method into an interactive exercise to help gift officers think more objectively about their portfolios. In this session, we will discuss the policies and processes we have put in place to promote on-going portfolio tidying and give you the tools to help guide your gift officers in data-driven portfolio management.
