As institutions seek to strengthen alumni and donor engagement, a heightened focus has been placed on the experiences of constituents of color. And while institutions seek to create strong advocates, volunteers, and donors, many have not fully succeeded in fostering relationships that lead to meaningful, beneficial, and measurable engagement. Marts&Lundy partnered with a diverse group of institutions to explore how to achieve meaningful and inclusive engagement with constituents of color. During this session we’ll discuss the results of the study and how resulting insights can be leveraged by prospect development and gift officers to enhance alumni and donor relations.
