Everyday ethical situations/scenarios that we encounter regularly, and how ethics and compliance affect our everyday prospect research. Due Diligence is a key part of our ethical responsibilities as prospect development professionals. The Apra Ethics and Compliance Committee will moderate this collaborative session, with questions including: There are so many privacy laws, what are the key points to remember and work with? How can you apply due diligence to your organization? What about vendors? How can your organization ensure that the vendors it works with adhere to ethical principles?
