Description:

The craft of prospect research is full of complex challenges. Making headway with any one of them requires an approach that is part science and part art. In any given situation, however, knowing where to strike the balance between science versus art is a judgment call. This collaborative session will feature a few experienced prospect research professionals who are open to sharing their insights to the difficult problems you may routinely face, effective solutions, and how they make judgment calls in their work. Topics likely to be considered include the challenges of private versus public company research, capacity considerations around family wealth, trends in finance, tech industry prospects, and more. This session will be largely informal, and attendees will be encouraged to contribute to the conversation by asking questions, sharing information, and reflecting on the state of the industry.
