The career path from prospect development to campaigns is natural, with many of the skills and competencies important to PD readily applied to campaigns. However, campaign roles are unique positions that require branching out from your PD roots. To help others plan for their career progression, this presentation will cover the similarities and differences between the two roles as experienced by a former director of prospect development and now director of campaign operations.
