Design thinking is a methodology to solve problems that focuses on asking questions and listening with empathy to meet the needs of the stakeholder. Storytelling helps explain the interconnections among people in situations and settings, explaining the findings and insights that engage the stakeholder. In this session, we will explore the key concepts of CRISP-DM, Design Thinking, and how this approach can be used for leadership buy in and to foster innovation.
