Do you have big goals or dreams you want to accomplish in the workplace, but lack the manpower of a large team? You aren’t alone! This collaborative session will not only be a chance to share your ideas, but also get some tips and strategies to scale your ideas and make them a reality. Attendees will be encouraged to share examples of accomplishments and should come ready to participate in a lively discussion of dreaming big. The moderator will prompt the group to share answers to the following questions: What are your big ideas?! Other than lack of staff, what specifically is keeping you from launching your big idea? Money, knowledge, buy-in? How can this session best help you?What are some “wins” you’ve had with implementing new strategies?
