Apra prioritizes the health and safety of our community and attendees, and we are committed to providing a healthy meeting environment and experience at Prospect Development 2022, taking place July 26-29, 2022 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia!
Health & Safety Policy (Updated 6/30/22)
We recognize the changing impact the pandemic has on our jobs, families and plans. This is why, in addition to creating an exceptional education and networking experience, Apra leadership has updated its policy for on-site attendance and partnered with CLEAR to provide a safe conference experience.
As of June 30, 2022, the Apra Prospect Development 2022 Health and Safety Policy has been updated to require all in-person attendees to:
- Provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19; or
- Provide a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to their arrival at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.
Fully Vaccinated Status
People are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks or more after they have received the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or other vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization), or two weeks or more after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen). See GDPH Guidance for fully vaccinated persons for additional information.
Using the CLEAR Mobile App
Instructions for using the CLEAR mobile app to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test will be shared with in-person attendees in mid-July.
As of February 25, 2022, the Atlanta indoor mask mandate has been lifted.
*Apra reserves the right to update or modify the above requirements/recommendations based on the guidance of federal, state or local health authorities at any time prior to the event. Apra will notify all registered attendees of any modifications or updates to these requirements.
If You Feel Ill During the Event
All attendees agree that they will not attend any Apra events if they feel ill at any time during the event. Attendees that feel ill with any flu-like symptoms agree that they will self-isolate in their hotel room and contact a local health provider for assistance. Apra and the hotel will have information on local COVID-19 capable health providers during the event.
Local COVID-19 Testing
Resources near the hotel will be identified for attendees to obtain a rapid test for those who experience symptoms on-site and/or for anyone who must show proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test in order to board their return flight. Apra will not be providing or administering COVID-19 test kits.
