Who Should Attend

The Emerging Leaders Cohort is designed for prospect development professionals with three or more years of experience who seek to expand their leadership skills and organizational impact. This program is ideal for individuals developing strategic thinking skills, leading projects or teams and looking to enhance their ability to influence others. Applicants do not need to be in a formal leadership role to apply.

Modeled after the Executive Leadership Cohort (ELC), this program provides a highly collaborative space for emerging leaders to build professional networks and gain strategic insights.

Qualifications and Registration:

  • Experience Level: While ideal for those with three or more years in the field, individuals of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

  • Strategic Growth: This program serves as a bridge for those who aspire to future leadership and do not yet meet the 10-year experience criteria for the ELC.
