The Executive Committee is composed of the President, Secretary, Treasurer, President-Elect, and Immediate Past President. This group convenes bi-monthly beyond existing Board of Directors meetings and also functions as the Board’s Finance Committee.

The Executive Committee:

  • Reviews the annual audit before full board approval

This group is also charged with developing and deepening relationships with our industry partner associations for opportunities to enhance Apra's educational offerings, organizational visibility, and thought leadership within the philanthropic industry.
