Meet the Speakers
Ruthie Giles
Ruthie Giles is a thought leader in the field of prospect management. She has worked in prospect research and prospect management since 2000. Ruthie is the director of prospect research and management at the University of New Hampshire. She is also partner of prospect development with Staupell Analytics Group. Ruthie has held positions at Westfield State University, Amherst College, Mount Holyoke College, Harold Grinspoon Foundation, The Loomis Chaffee School and the Williston Northampton School. She is a member of the NEDRA Board and a co-chair of the NEDRA 3-5 Learning Network Committee. Ruthie holds a bachelor's degree from Smith College, an MBA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst – Isenberg School of Management and a MS in nonprofit management and philanthropy from Bay Path University.
Adri Viswanatha
Adri Viswanatha is the director of donor research at Macalester College, where she is responsible for research, development strategy and portfolio management. She has worked in non-profit fundraising since 2017 and began her fundraising career in 2014 in Wisconsin, where she worked on state and federal political campaigns. Adri has been a member of Apra-MN since 2017, served on the Membership Committee from 2019-2023 and took on her current role as chapter president for the 2024-2025 term.
